● The NAS-G series AC servo drive system is a high-performance AC servo system specially developed by Star Technology

Features:

● Outstanding fast response, full speed step response time is 4-15ms. The action is more precise.

● Double ARM floating point arithmetic system. The fifth-order position loop detection algorithm has a position loop bandwidth of up to 1.2KHZ or more.

● Self-learning function, self-adaptive periodic load fluctuation conditions, let the control "self-taught", so that the following error is reduced to a new low.

● Built-in dual motor anti-backlash control function to eliminate backlash troubles. This function is suitable for eliminating the slewing clearance, reducing the requirements for the accuracy of the gear transmission mechanism, dispersing the transmission force, reducing the gear transmission noise, improving the positioning accuracy, reducing the positioning time, and extending the gear life.

● It can accept 8-stage external I / O port call of predetermined position and speed curve, which is convenient for customers to realize predetermined motion control function and adapt to the application requirements of periodic cyclic action, reduce the dependence on the host computer and reduce the supporting cost of equipment.

● Built-in various filters and traps, with resonance avoidance function and load self-tuning function, can reduce the resonance of the actuator and reduce noise, improve the control accuracy.

● Acceptable communication position, speed and torque control commands can accept pulse sequence position commands and analog speed and torque commands can choose RS232 / 485, CANOPEN, EtherCAT communication mode, can choose a variety of feedback components: rotary transformer (X) , Magnetic encoder (A), incremental photoelectric encoder (M), absolute position encoder (P).
